HR Manager Assistant
Job Summary
The HR Administration & Operations Manager (Assistant) will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while supervising day-to-day administrative operations. Candidates must have a relevant degree, at least 7 years of managerial experience, and familiarity with CBA. The role requires working onsite in Batangas on a dayshift schedule with a salary offer ranging from Php65,000 to Php80,000.

Job Responsibilities:

- Has competencies on planning and organizing, problem solving, decision making, leading and controlling.
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Lead and motivate the HR and admin teams to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any Business course
- With at least 7 years managerial experience.
- Has an experience in CBA
- Experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations is a plus.
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
