Job Summary
The HR Administrator will handle employee relations concerns, assist in policy implementation, and prepare HR documentation. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in labor laws and possess strong interpersonal skills. This role requires maintaining employee records and handling confidential information with high organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations concerns and disciplinary cases
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation
- Coordinate with different departments regarding employee issues
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- Experience in Employee Relations is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and disciplinary processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations concerns, queries, and disciplinary cases
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation (NTE, memos, incident reports, etc.)
- Coordinate with different departments regarding employee issues
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- With experience in Employee Relations is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and disciplinary processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Can handle sensitive and confidential information
