Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Banking and Finance Account in Fairview, Quezon City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with account-related concerns, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service through appropriate communication channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle customer inquiries and account-related concerns - Provide accurate information about banking and financial services - Assist customers with basic account and transaction concerns - Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently - Document customer interactions and update account information when needed - Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards - Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times QUALIFICATIONS - High School or Senior High School graduate - No BPO experience required - BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required - Good verbal and written communication skills - Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills - Willing to work onsite in Fairview, Quezon City - Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary package up to ₱25,000 - Company-provided training - Career growth and development opportunities - Professional work environment - Opportunity to gain experience in the Banking and Finance industry WORK LOCATION Fairview Terraces, Quezon City
