Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in MANDURRIAO, ILOILO CITY. The role involves handling international voice accounts, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring timely resolution of client concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Educational Background:
At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience
OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
Healthcare experience is an advantage!
