Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to expand market presence and strengthen client and partner relationships. This role combines strategy, market research, client engagement, and hands-on fieldwork across multiple teams to identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will handle market research, product study, dealer relationship management, and after-sales support.

Market Research
- Conduct in-depth market research to assess the potential for launching new products in target markets.
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Product Study & Development
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of newly launched products, including specifications, features, functionalities, and benefits.
- Understand product applications and operational procedures to effectively communicate with dealers, agents, and customers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify positioning and unique selling points.
Dealer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with dealers to support business growth.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to align on sales targets, product updates, and operational needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and dealers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Gather feedback from dealers to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge Sharing & Promotion
- Ensure agents and dealers receive comprehensive, up-to-date product knowledge.
- Actively promote newly launched products and maintain continuous communication regarding updates, features, and availability.
After-Sales Support
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage spare parts support, including tracking lead times to ensure timely service and warranty repairs.
- Work closely with the repair/technical team to gather accurate information on spare parts and technical issues.
- Provide suppliers with necessary documentation, including photos and technical details.
Agent & Customer Support
- Handle inquiries and concerns from agents regarding discount requests and operational issues, following the management instructions.
- Manage charges for backload units and ensure approvals are processed correctly.
- Support customer concerns by coordinating with the technical team and guiding customers on product features and operational procedures.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely follow-ups and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with agricultural equipment, tools, and field operations.
- Must be able to drive and hold a valid professional driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work across multiple site locations.
- Physically fit and capable of fieldwork responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
