Accounting Specialist
Job Summary
Trojans Well Entertainment is seeking an Accounting Specialist to assist in finance and accounting operations, including revenue, payables, and treasury processing. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions and correct revenue recording. Additionally, the candidate will facilitate billing, collections, and oversee personnel performance and compliance under supervision.

Job Description:
- Assist in finance and accounting operations(i.e. revenue, payables, treasury processing, and all other areas)
- Ensures the timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions.
- Ensures revenue is recorded correctly.
- Facilitate billing and collection process for all customers.
- Ensures all payables are settled timely and accurately.
- Ensures check payments are correctly made and reviews bank reconciliations
- Assumes responsibility for the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations, as well as the discipline, work performance, attendance, training and development of personnel under his supervision.
Qualifications:
- BS Accounting graduate or equivalent.
- With at least 1 to 2 years experienced is a plus but not required.
- Knowledgeable of accounting processes and tax compliance
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
- Commendable oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Analytical skills with detail orientation.
