Job Details
Responsibility: The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, identifying business opportunities, expanding networks, and managing the tendering and bidding process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enhance business ventures and expand the company’s network.
- Generate project leads and identify business opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans focusing on target projects.
- Conduct thorough and accurate market research.
- Propose target sectors and business fields to management.
- Build and deepen strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture is an advantage.
- With at least relevant experience in Business Development.
- With experience in the relevant industry (Private projects such as factory construction, etc.).
- Possesses a pleasing personality and the ability to adapt to different cultures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
- Strong knowledge of business growth strategies, client engagement, and network expansion.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in tender and bidding processes.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
