Retail Sales Associate

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Comply with store house rules, regulations and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). - Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity. - Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the merchandise display in the store cabinets/showcases. - Maintain a clean and neat general/over-all store environment including stockroom. - Welcome customers to the store, promote & offer products and answer queries. - Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and help customers explore available options. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. - Team-up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and sales productivity. - Generate sales based on sales target. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales. - Prepare the necessary forms and reports involving inventory transactions (such as sales, sales returns, deliveries, items returned, detailed month-end inventory counts, daily & monthly sales reports, and other related reports) and submit in a timely manner to each designated department. - Perform other related duties or responsibilities as required. Qualifications and Requirements: - High school graduate or college level. - Proven work experience as retail sales associate or similar role in department store and/or boutique operations. - Proficient in product presentation. - Sales Background in high-end products/brands, a plus. - Highly motivated, sales target driven& demonstrate a positive over-all attitude. - Exudes a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus. - Effective in communication skills in Tagalog and English or in the native dialect of the province where the store is located. - Have good interpersonal and networking skills to interact with customers. - Capable of working well under pressure and able to meet or exceed sales goals. - Can render an efficient and high-quality customer experience. - Equipped with Basic Math Skills. - Knowledgeable with inventory monitoring & control procedures. - Available to work flexible shifts and willing to work long hours during weekends, and holidays. - With hands-on experience with POS transactions, a plus (For Boutique). - Familiar with ITime record (For Department store). - Can work under minimal supervision. - Fresh graduate or no work experience but with trainable personality are welcome to apply.
