Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with boutique and major media buying agencies, as well as direct corporate brand managers.
Develop customized OOH/DOOH campaign proposals that align with client marketing objectives, leveraging location metrics, foot traffic, and audience insights.
Lead contract negotiations regarding placement rates, campaign duration, and production costs to optimize profitability while ensuring high inventory occupancy.
Oversee a team of sales/business development executives, setting clear revenue targets.
Provide on-the-job training, assist junior team members in pitching to high-value clients, and guide them through complex contract closings.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure accurate sales forecasting, track conversion rates, and clear operational bottlenecks.
Closely monitor the company's billboard and digital screen inventory to aggressively pitch vacant or high-turnover spaces.
Keep track of competitor footprint, pricing strategies, new site acquisitions, and technological advancements within the local OOH landscape.
Coordinate with the printing, installation, and engineering teams to ensure client static materials are mounted on time and meet quality standards.
