IT Tech Support

Description Provide technical support to end-users on IT-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Document and track issues using help desk software. Assist in the setup and configuration of new computers and software. Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in technical support. Skills and Competencies: Organized, Time management, Interpersonal skills, Analytical thinker, Resourceful, Keen eye for details. Qualities and Traits: Flexible and creative in problem-solving. Responsibilities and Duties: Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users. Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for remote support. The NETWORKING or TEAM-WORKING systems will be the main priority job tasks, Must have an adequate experience in computer language systems, The start-up salary is minimum, which is 505 pesos per day, with an Add up bonus. Big BONUSES will be expected by our soon to be I.T. Programmer, Add on documented bonuses that could probably be higher than salary, Bonuses will be given, based only on the Accomplishments and Results.
