Product Trainer

Job Responsibilities: - Train and develop new hires for production deployment. - Educate and prepare trainees to meet production requirements. - Create and follow daily training plans and reports. - Ensure trainees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills before deployment. - Conduct training activities for both internal and external requirements. - Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching when needed. Qualifications: - With previous work experience as a Trainer. - Background in E-commerce, Customer Service, or Retention is highly preferred. - Resilient, diligent, and committed to achieving training goals. - Strong work ethic and professional attitude. - Understands the responsibilities and importance of the Trainer role. - Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills. - Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
