Senior Training Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall training strategy for new hires, upskilling, cross-training, and leadership development - Lead, mentor, and manage Training Managers, Trainers, and Instructional Designers - Design and continuously improve training curricula, materials, and delivery methods - Ensure all training programs align with client requirements, KPIs, and operational goals - Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and Client Stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps - Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance metrics - Implement best practices in adult learning, blended learning, and digital training platforms - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in training delivery - Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships - Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements - Support transition and migration training for new programs or clients - Lead training governance, reporting, and audit readiness QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED - 3+ Years of experience as a Sr. Training Manager or 1 Year as an Associate Director Training - SVAR Score C2 (NON NEGO) - Schedule: Night shift - Work setup: Onsite - Site: Commonwealth Q.C., SM Fairview or SM Sta Rosa
