Job Details
Conduct Training Sessions: Plan, prepare, and deliver training programs to employees, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational standards.
Develop Training Materials: Create and update instructional materials, manuals, and e-learning content to support HCM processes and employee development initiatives.
Assess Learning Outcomes: Evaluate participants’ understanding and performance through tests, assessments, and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Support HCM Implementation: Assist in the onboarding and continuous development of staff within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring employees are trained on relevant tools and processes.
Monitor and Report: Track training participation, progress, and results; prepare reports for management to inform decisions on learning and development strategies.
