Medical Systems Specialist

Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for a Medical Systems Specialist to manage, configure, and support multiple healthcare and medical information systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of medical data while supporting clinical and operational workflows. The ideal candidate has solid experience working with multiple healthcare systems, strong data management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with international clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Support and collaborate with international clients to meet operational and reporting requirements - Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of healthcare and medical data - Manage, configure, and support multiple healthcare information systems (experience with 3 or more systems required) - Perform system configurations, routine updates, and ongoing maintenance - Analyze, manipulate, and structure medical data to support operations and reporting - Adapt to and work across different healthcare platforms and systems Requirements: - 4–6 years of experience in healthcare systems, medical data management, or related roles - Hands-on experience working with three (3) or more healthcare information systems - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality - Ability to work independently and collaborate with global or international clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience supporting or working with international clients Preferred Qualifications: - Graduate of Nursing or an Allied Medical Health course - Experience working in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, or healthcare support services Work Set up: 4 Days - WFH; Thursday - Onsite at Filinvest, Alabang Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Philippine Time, with occasional early morning or late-night meetings to accommodate U.S. team schedules.
