Role Description:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their healthcare-related inquiries, account concerns, service requests, and other support needs. You will be responsible for providing clear and accurate information, addressing customer concerns professionally, and helping ensure a positive customer experience. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the healthcare process and perform your responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding healthcare-related concerns and inquiries.
- Assist customers with account, benefits, services, and other healthcare-related questions.
- Verify customer information and follow established processes and procedures.
- Provide accurate and easy-to-understand information to customers.
- Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle sensitive or difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Protect customer information and follow proper privacy and confidentiality procedures.
- Meet established customer service, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience, OR College Graduate with no BPO experience
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to undergo training and learn healthcare-related processes
- Healthcare or medical experience is an advantage but not required, subject to account requirements
