Customer Service Representative

for pooling We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred). Previous customer service experience (preferred but not always required). Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. - Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently. - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. - Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset. Additional Requirements: - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally. - Knowledge of company products/services (training provided).
