Job Summary

The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing growth strategies, identifying new clients, and building strong business relationships to achieve sales targets. The role requires conducting market research, preparing proposals, and representing the company at networking events and client meetings. A candidate with strong communication skills and experience in the recruitment or manpower industry is preferred.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets. - Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Prepare and present business proposals and client presentations. - Conduct market research and identify potential industries and accounts. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements. - Monitor sales performance, leads, and business development activities. - Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business activities. - Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - At least 5 years of Business Development experience, preferably in the manpower staffing, recruitment, executive search, or outsourcing industry. - Proven experience in client acquisition and achieving sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience handling Australian, Canadian, UK, or other international clients is an advantage. - Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings and business development activities.
