Business Development Officer
Job Summary
The Business Development Officer is responsible for cultivating email strategies, screening potential customers, and scheduling qualified meetings. The role requires strong English communication skills and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position is full-time onsite during the night shift from Monday to Friday.

- Screen and evaluate potential customers
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to secure meetings
- Support Senior Business Development Representatives
- Follow up with prospects and schedule qualified meetings
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal English communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience as Business Development Officer or similar
- Proficient in LinkedIn, social media, Google Search, and emails
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments

- Screen and evaluate potential customers based on available company data to identify the most promising prospects.
- Collaborate with team members in brainstorming sessions to persuade prospects to participate in meetings with account executives.
- Provide support to other Senior Business Development Representatives in daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule qualified meetings.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal English communication skills.
- At least 3 year of experience as Business Development Officer or a similar role.
- Sufficient in LinkedIn, social media, Google Search, and emails.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
