Job Details
Sales Officer – Residential (1 Vacancy)
Salary Range: Php 25,000–30,000
Work Arrangement: On-site
Office Location: New Manila, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Basic Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent
- With relevant sales experience, preferably in residential/property sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-oriented
- Willing to work on-site and in a sales position
Job Scope
1. Client Consultations and Visits:
• Meeting face to face with potential clients to determine their specific needs on a weekly basis.
• Providing technical explanations and demonstrations of the various products and solutions available.
2. Proposal Development:
• Creating and preparing customized solutions based on client needs.
3. Product Demonstrations:
• Showcasing the capabilities and features of the products.
• Setting up demonstrations or pilot installations at client sites.
4. Technical Liaison:
• Collaborating with the technical team and/or suppliers to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
5. Reports and Collaboration with Management
• To provide sales and client feedback reports.
• Challenges encountered and solutions provided or proposed.

1. Technical Proficiency:
• Understand the technical aspects of audio-visual equipment and solutions.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field.
2. Communication Skills:
• Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms for clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for proposal writing and presentations.

• Analyze clients' needs and come up with efficient solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing or any related field.
2. 3 years minimum experience in related field.
3. With understanding of audio-visual technologies and/or smart home integration is preferred by not required.
4. Preferably with technical experience working in the audio-visual industry to ensure the individual understands the products and solutions and communicate their benefits or related industry.
