Sales Marketing Officer

Responsibilities: - Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence. - Create and post engaging content for social media platforms. - Develop social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads. - Respond to inquiries, engage with customers, and convert leads into sales. - Identify and develop new business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Monitor sales and social media performance and prepare reports. - Conduct market research and identify trends and business opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in sales, social media marketing, digital marketing, or business development. - Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. - Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Creative, organized, proactive, and results oriented. - Knowledge of social media content creation and online marketing. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management tools. - Willing to travel for client meetings when needed.
