Retail Specialist

Job Description Assist in the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and effective service. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations. Promote products and services to achieve sales targets. Monitor product availability, stock levels, and inventory movement. Ensure proper product display, pricing, labeling, and merchandising standards. Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and replenishing merchandise. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback on customer preferences and product movement. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation. Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate stock records. Prepare sales, inventory, and other store-related reports as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth retail operations. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Tourism Management, Nursing, or any related course. With experience in retail operations, sales, merchandising, or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising. Customer-oriented with good selling and negotiation skills. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required. Good English and Tagalog communication skills.
