Job Summary
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Banking and Financial Services account as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and help resolve concerns while delivering excellent service. Prior call center experience is not required, making this a great opportunity to start or develop your BPO career.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking and financial services through the assigned communication channel.
- Provide accurate information regarding account-related concerns, transactions, and available services.
- Assist customers with basic account concerns and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Protect confidential customer information and follow data privacy and security guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a positive customer service experience.
- Meet the account's quality standards, productivity targets, and other performance expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- No prior call center or BPO experience required.
- Must have at least B2-level English proficiency or strong English communication skills.
- Must possess good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Must be comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
- Must be willing to follow company policies, schedules, and account procedures.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, patience, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Salary and Benefits
- ₱18,000 monthly salary package
- ₱10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to applicable company terms and conditions
