Roving Barista

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Roving Barista to join But First, Coffee Inc. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch by preparing high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the company's standards for product quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating great customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards. - Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns professionally. - Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and cashless transactions accurately. - Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks, and assist with stock receiving and documentation. - Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the café, equipment, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards. - Support daily branch operations by completing opening and closing duties and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations. - Rove and provide operational support to assigned branches, including Katipunan, SM North EDSA, NFT–Araneta, Diliman, and UP Dilimall branches (Quezon City), based on business needs and staffing requirements. - Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support business needs. Qualifications: - At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista, Food and Beverage Crew, or in a customer service-related role. - Knowledgeable in branch operations, including customer service, beverage preparation, cash handling, inventory management, sales reporting, and food safety and sanitation standards. - Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally. - Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Willing to travel and report across multiple branches in Quezon City, including Katipunan, SM North EDSA, NFT–Araneta, Diliman, and UP Dilimall. - Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
