International Business Development Sales
Job Summary
The successful candidate will manage international sales of automotive products including tyres, rims, and batteries. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth across assigned territories. The role involves managing overseas customer accounts, preparing marketing plans, and overseeing order fulfillment.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Handling sales of overseas customers to maximise sales volume and achieve profitability targets.
- Preparing Business and Marketing Plans to develop assigned territories.
- Overseeing sales activities and order fulfilment to deliver customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales and business development.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Competent in MS Excel and PowerPoint applications for presentation and data analysis.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with a primarily deskbound role.
- Own transport is not required.
- Overseas travel only when necessary.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Fri).
- Company transport pick-up from Clementi MRT (one Way).
- Replacement position.
- Basic salary: up to $4300/mth depending on years of experience.
- No commission.
- Local mobile reimbursement of up to $65/mth.
- 3 months’ probation.
- No AWS, performance bonus based on company’s profitability and individual merit.
- AL is 15 days, if >5yrs of service is 17 days and if >10yrs is 19 days.
- Dental claim is up to $250/yr.
- Full claim for medical fee based on the Company’s appointed GP (excluding pre-existing and chronic illnesses).
- Medical leave follows the Employment Act.
- Termination notice: 2 days before confirmation / 1 month after confirmation.
