Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Officer with at least 3 years of experience in business development and account management to work in a hospital setup. The successful candidate will supervise sales specialists, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with corporate clients and healthcare partners. - Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with hospital departments to support business development and partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements.
- Represent the hospital at meetings, networking events, and community activities.
- Prepare reports on business development activities, partnerships, and results.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and partnership agreements.
- Support the implementation of the hospital's strategic growth and expansion plans.
