Responsibilities
- Research industries and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Reach out to potential partners to explore mutually beneficial collaborations
- Create step-by-step plans to enter new markets or launch new services
- Keep company leadership informed on business development progress and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to get new customers
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related course
- Background in B2B sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Proficient in MS Office Tools and lead generation tools
- 3 years experience in Payroll Solutions/SaaS/HR Services as BDM
