Job Summary: The Information Technology Specialist serves as a technical expert for the development, implementation, management, and support of systems and networks. Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that The Company uses to maintain computer and software networks. • Responsible in ensuring that all employees of the company have the technology they need to complete their work and The Company’s important files and information remain safe and intact. • Responsible in reviewing computer diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. • Responsible in implementing information security measures. • Responsible in monitoring and reporting the cost of repairs, replacement and updating of computer hardware items. • Responsible in offering technical support to company employees and responding to hardware problems. • Responsible in updating system software and tracking the data and communication used on the company’s networks. Job Specifications: • Graduate of BS Computer Science or Computer Engineering courses • With knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming. • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. • Keen attention to details • Good organization, time management and prioritization. • Efficient troubleshooting abilities. • With Good pleasing personality with good moral character and attitude. • With an effective communication skills, including speaking writing and active listening. • With a great customer service and interpersonal skills.
