Job Summary
We are seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to conduct Training Needs Analysis and facilitate employee and leadership programs. The ideal candidate will partner with operations to align learning with business goals and support leadership development initiatives. This onsite role requires proven L&D experience in BPO or shared services environments.

Job Details
Responsibilities: Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify skill gaps. Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended programs for employees and leaders. Partner with operations to align learning with business goals. Provide post-training feedback, coaching, and reinforcement. Support leadership development and succession initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven L&D/Training experience in BPO/shared services. Strong facilitation, coaching, and operational knowledge. Experience in leadership development and post-training evaluation. Work Setup: Onsite, with occasional hybrid/virtual facilitation.
