Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Food & Delivery Account! You will assist customers with their orders, delivery concerns, payment inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and other account-related concerns while providing a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Assist customers with food orders and delivery-related concerns - Provide updates regarding order and delivery status - Handle order changes, cancellations, refunds, and payment concerns - Assist customers with issues involving delivery riders and partner restaurants - Address and resolve customer complaints professionally - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Deliver excellent customer service through phone, chat, or other support channels - Document customer interactions and concerns accurately - Follow company policies, procedures, and account guidelines Qualifications - Must be 18 years old and above - High School or Senior High School Graduate depending on account requirements - BPO experience is preferred - Customer service experience is an advantage - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Computer literate and comfortable using basic computer applications - Willing to work onsite - Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays - Must be currently residing within Metro Manila - Must be willing to complete the Talkpush application form
