Retail Sales Associate

ROLE You'll be our Sales Representative and Smoothie Barista, the friendly face of Uncle Bob's at the kiosk. We're looking for someone who: ✨ Has a cheerful personality and an outgoing, extroverted character ✨ Keeps a clean and hygienic workspace at all times (a must!) ✨ Enjoys talking to people and is eager to learn RESPONSIBILITIES As an Uncle Bob's Sales Associate and kiosk team member, you will: • Greet and assist customers with warm, friendly service • Prepare smoothies and drinks following Uncle Bob's recipes and standards • Introduce and recommend our sea moss gels, wellness potions, and more • Process sales and handle payments accurately • Keep the kiosk clean, stocked, and presentable RESULTS We expect our team members to: • Reach the set sales quota once on full-time status • Be punctual and reliable, always on time for every shift • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety • Deliver great customer experiences that keep people coming back • Show professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude at work WHAT WE OFFER • Starting salary of ₱750/day + 3% commission on overall sales (earn up to 2k a day!) • Paid 5-day training at ₱250 per day • Real-world experience in sales, customer service, and drink preparation • A chance to grow with a young, fast-growing brand
