Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing transactions, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales goals.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Offer product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process returns accurately.
- Maintain store appearance, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Support promotional campaigns and upsell products when appropriate.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to team success
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset
- Willing to be assigned to one of our branches (Rockwell, Glorietta, Greenbelt, Podium, SM Aura, Mitsukoshi, Alabang Town Center)
