Medical Billing Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Medical Billing Specialists to work from Monday to Friday at our BPO site in the Philippines. Candidates must have experience with Billing and Cash Posting to be considered. The role involves managing referrals, resolving payment discrepancies, and handling patient billing inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Collect and review referrals and pre-authorizations
- Follow-up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies
- Examine patient bills and investigate denied claims
- Coordinate with respective personnel
