1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with advertisers, media agencies, and strategic partners
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales pitches tailored to client needs

2. Client Relationship Management

3. Market Research and Strategy
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and threats
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design innovative OOH solutions (billboards, transit ads, digital screens, etc.)
- Recommend locations, formats, and creative strategies based on audience insights and campaign objectives
4. Team Supervision and Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and motivate the business development team to ensure productivity and professional growth
- Coordinate with creative, operations, and media planning teams to deliver seamless campaign execution
