Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify potential new clients, vendors, or strategic partners using LinkedIn, market research, and cold outreach (calls/emails). Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new prospects and maintain existing client relationships to ensure high retention. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing, ensuring targets are met. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities. Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to prospective partners. CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data in the CRM database. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product updates and promotional campaigns. Territory Mapping: Conduct regular field visits, cold-canvas commercial districts, and map out target zones to identify high-potential business prospects. B2B Prospecting: Pitch company products and services directly to business owners, procurement officers, and corporate decision-makers. Network Expansion: Attend industry-specific trade expos, networking events, and local business meetups to build a robust pipeline of new leads. Market Intelligence: Gather on-the-ground feedback regarding competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to refine sales pitches.
